IBM has just won a 495 million dollar project to ‘do stuff’ to integrate everything.

Other members of the tender include Siebel, Tibco and Microsoft.

So, with all that money, and all those major vendors - this project should wind up in the paper a year or so from now when it is over budget, over schedule and on the brink of failure…

Why do govt departments never seem to learn they should eat the elephant… just slowly!
