If your business relies on a google listing, and google takes action to remove that listing.  And that action proves to be on the basis of a mistake.

Will google be held accountable in a court somewhere?

I suppose the problem has been crossed before, the whitepages/yellowpages must also have gone through such a thing in the past.  I wonder what the outcome is?
